Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of 2010s. Aleesha was born into a sporting family in 1984. Her father participated in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha also played various sports like soccer, basketball, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she competed was in 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015, she remained her 9th place finish. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title: in the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing in the WOS Rising Phoenix was in 2020 when she held 4th position. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief absence from her sport due to health issues.
